What You Will Do:

  • Build, update, and maintain various agency reports (production, commission, policy summaries, renewal reports, etc.) using Excel, agency management systems, and other tools.
  • Pull and organize data from agency management software (AMS) and carrier portals.
  • Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and cleanup projects.
  • Support the team with document preparation, filing, scanning, and organization.
  • Help prepare client presentation materials.
  • Conduct basic research on insurance carriers, products, or market trends as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Senior Vice President.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  • Perform other non-licensed duties as needed to support agency operations.
