Brand & Social Proof Manager

Location: Remote (U.S.)

About the Role

EyePromise is building a modern, practitioner-led growth engine grounded in science, credibility, and trust.

The Brand & Social Proof Manager sits within the Brand & Medical Credibility Pod and reports to the Head of Marketing.  This role is responsible for building organic brand storytelling, brand-driven credibility, and compliant social proof at scale.

This role will lead core brand and product level storytelling, helping to build the EyePromise brand through cohesive, actionable master assets that accelerates channel level growth.

This role will also own how we show up organically—translating medical authority, practitioner advocacy, and real customer outcomes into compelling content that builds trust and fuels growth across channels.

You will create a steady engine of reusable, high-quality content that supports both brand building and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Brand, Product, and Campaign Playbooks

  • Own development and ongoing optimization of high impact, action-oriented brand / product playbooks that anchor and inform how the brand shows up in the market
  • Develop campaign playbooks that capitalize on seasonal and/or contextually relevant moments and drives incremental growth

Organic Content & Social Strategy

  • Own organic content strategy and social calendar across key platforms
  • Develop educational, brand storytelling, and product content rooted in medical credibility
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand voice and messaging across organic channels

Brand & Social Proof Development

  • Build and manage a network of creators, practitioners, and ambassadors
  • Source, vet, and activate creators aligned with brand and compliance standards
  • Capture testimonials, doctor POV, and patient stories to build credible social proof

Content Production & Asset Development

  • Lead content capture at marquee events, trade shows, and practitioner activations
  • Develop modular, reusable content for use across organic, paid, and lifecycle channels
  • Build and maintain a structured content library accessible across teams

Social Channel Ownership

  • Own day-to-day management of organic social channels (posting, engagement, community interaction)
  • Drive engagement and audience growth while maintaining compliance standards
  • Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement and reach

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with:
    • Medical team to ensure accuracy and compliance of all content
    • Growth team to supply approved assets for paid amplification
    • ECP/Activation team to capture and repurpose event-based content
    • CX & CLV team to integrate social proof into lifecycle journeys

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and report on organic performance (engagement, reach, content output, creator contribution)
  • Measure impact of social proof on downstream metrics (conversion, retention, trust signals)
  • Provide regular updates on content performance, creator effectiveness, and growth opportunities
  • Continuously refine content strategy based on performance insights

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years experience in social media, content, or brand marketing roles
  • Experience building and managing creator/influencer programs
  • Strong content instincts with ability to translate complex/medical topics into engaging content
  • Experience managing organic social channels and content calendars
  • Experience developing master campaign assets for market/channel adoption
  • Understanding of compliance considerations in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to manage content pipelines and asset libraries
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, build-and-scale environment

Preferred

  • Experience working with practitioner-led or healthcare brands
  • Familiarity with tools for content management, social scheduling, and analytics
  • Experience capturing content at live events or in-field activations
  • Ability to connect content performance to business outcomes (conversion, retention)
