About the role

The Senior Transformation Manager plays a key role in leading enterprise transformation initiatives that drive strategic goals, program and project support, and cross-functional coordination. This position is responsible for overseeing complex cross-functional programs and implementation of go-to-market, client success, operational, and financial improvement efforts. The Senior Transformation Manager leverages strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and project execution capabilities to help translate strategic objectives into actionable programs. Working closely with business leaders, finance, operations, product and other transformation partners to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of transformation outcomes and maximize value creation.

Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility or may work remotely anywhere in the United States of America.

What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)

Strategy and Value Creation Planning:

  • Partner with Product Transformation team to support multi-year planning and goal setting.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Support initiative prioritization and sequencing based on risk, dependencies, and impact.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively from frontline teams to executive leadership.
  • Prepare presentation materials and status updates for executive-level reporting.

Transformation Execution: Delivering against value capture & transformation opportunities: 

  • Manage initiative workplans, timelines, and execution status.
  • Collaborate with initiative leads and cross-functional teams to support the execution of key deliverables.
  • Facilitate working sessions, maintain project documentation, and track milestones.
  • Monitor and report progress toward benefit realization; highlight issues and support resolution.
  • Use data and performance metrics to assess progress, identify course corrections, and support benefit Realization.
  • Apply continuous improvement methods to identify inefficiencies and suggest corrective actions.
  • Support change management activities to help drive adoption and sustainability of transformation efforts.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3 + years of experience in healthcare, health plans, population health, care navigation, employer benefits or healthcare data environments.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to excel in ambiguity and drive the path forward with limited prescriptive direction.
  • Positive, people-oriented, and energized by working in a high-performance, fast-paced industry.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into executive-ready formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and other data tools as necessary.
  • Working knowledge of project management and change enablement practices.
  • High level of curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
