Dein Aufgabenbereich
  • Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Projekten im Hardware‑, Software‑ und Firmware‑Bereich basierend auf genehmigten Projektanträgen und Lastenheften.
  • Operative und organisatorische Leitung des Projekts zum Ziel einer optimalen Erreichung der definierten Projektziele innerhalb der vorgegebenen Rahmenbedingungen.
  • Vertretung des Projekts nach außen, insbesondere gegenüber beteiligten Fachabteilungen, Linienvorgesetzten der Projektmitarbeiter sowie internen und externen Schnittstellen.
  • Aufgabenverteilung, Priorisierung und Ressourceneinsatz im Rahmen der operativen Projektleitung.
  • Anforderungsmanagement auf Grundlage der Projektanträge, insbesondere bei der Begleitung von Entwicklungs‑ und Erprobungsprojekten.
  • Erstellung von Projektstatus‑ und Ergebnisberichten sowie Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Durchführung von Produktvoruntersuchungen bzw. Koordination dieser auf Basis der Projektanträge.

  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Entwicklungsprojekte mit hoher technischer und organisatorischer Verantwortung.
  • Zertifizierung als Certified Project Manager (IPMA Level C) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis, vorzugsweise mit Berufserfahrung als Entwickler im Hard‑ oder Softwarebereich.

Your tasks
  • Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling projects in the hardware, software, and firmware areas based on approved project proposals and specifications.
  • Operational and organizational management of the project with the aim of optimally achieving the defined project goals within the specified framework conditions.
  • Representation of the project externally, in particular to the specialist departments involved, line managers of project staff, and other internal and external interfaces.
