Summary

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling an integrated master schedule using Microsoft Project to support complex, multi-workstream initiatives. This role ensures alignment of scope, resources, dependencies, and milestones across the program, enabling accurate forecasting and on-time delivery.

Your role in our mission
  • Develop and maintain a fully integrated master schedule with detailed WBS, dependencies, and critical path
  • Use advanced Microsoft Project capabilities (resource loading/leveling, baselining, variance analysis, reporting)
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to validate timelines, assumptions, and constraints
  • Analyze schedule performance, identify risks/impacts, and recommend corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines 
  • Manage schedule updates, change control, and versioning in alignment with PMO standards
  • Produce executive-level reporting on milestones, critical path, and schedule health
