Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global HRIS Integration Lead to join our team. Reporting to the Global HRIS Leader, this role will be instrumental in developing adoption strategies, business concepts, and technical capabilities for delivering solutions in the Integrations area. In this exciting and challenging role, the incumbent will have direct responsibility for leading a team of offshore resources.

The Global HRIS Integration Lead is responsible for developing processes for integrating HR applications data with other systems/vendors. This role should articulate guidelines, principles and best practices in integration design. This role will be responsible for end to end implementation of the integration solutions that successfully move and integrate HR related data among various organizations and vendor systems. The role will monitor existing data integrations are running successfully and work towards resolving any failures. This role will lead design, development, testing and deploying new integration components. The ability to take direction and work independently to achieve stated objectives is required.

The Global HRIS Integration Lead will manage subordinate staff-offshore in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved effort estimates. 

This role can be fully remote/virtual/work from home and you can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.  


How you'll make an impact
  • Acts as a HRIS Integration Lead in building and supporting all the HR technology related integrations.
  • Support and monitor existing integration processes and assist in resolution and execution of incidents and service requests related to integrations.
  • Work closely with the integration partner to support existing integrations.
  • Partners effectively with other HRIS leads in gathering integration requirements from stakeholders and lead the design of efficient, scalable interfaces.
  • Able to build new complex outbound and inbound integrations.
  • Manage the OIC and OCI infrastructure
  • Assist with defining scope and estimates for new development work. Providing technical direction and expertise related to integration strategies. Work with the offshore team to ensure timely delivery of the new integrations.
  • Support quarterly upgrade to Oracle Cloud HCM by assessing its impact on interfaces and reports.
  • Establish and maintain integration standards and protocols.
  • Propose, plan, initiate, direct, and document projects to test architectural proposals and concepts which may involve industry trends and new technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of Oracle and other vendor product updates and its impact on integrations.

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform connecting to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience in automating end to end integration orchestrations in Oracle HCM Cloud and other HR related applications in building several outbound / inbound integrations.
  • Well equipped with REST, XML, JSON, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, XSLT, Technology Adapters.
  • Experience in loading the data using HDL & HSDL.
  • Experience in developing reports using BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI.
  • Hands on experience with managing the OIC and OCI infrastructure
  • Working experience in BICC
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion cloud architecture and Application tool kit (flex fields, lookups, value sets, ESS etc.).
  • Thorough knowledge of the Oracle Cloud HCM table structure.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications; ability to communicate complex technical matters to all levels of leadership, aligning communication style to the needs of the customer
  • Excellent project management skills with detailed understanding of SDLC methodologies, with ability to hold self and project resources accountable for deliverables
  • Good judgment when addressing business requests, responding to inquiries, escalating matters, etc.
