eShow is a leading event technology provider helping organizations deliver exceptional live event experiences. Our main offices are located in South Barrington, Illinois, but this position is open to 100% remote candidates, as well.

Our mission is to be the dominant solution provider in the live event industry through our people, technology, and thought leadership.

Our Client Success team partners closely with event organizers to deliver reliable, well-executed events powered by the eShow platform.

About the Role

The Client Success Manager (CSM) serves as the primary operational partner to clients during event planning and execution on the eShow platform.

This role functions similarly to a technical project manager, guiding clients through platform setup, event planning, and execution while coordinating across internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Client Success Managers do not carry revenue or quota responsibility. Instead, this role focuses on client partnership, event execution, and successful platform adoption.

CSMs work closely with Sales, Product & Development, Support, Services, and Onsite Technology teams to ensure events are delivered successfully and clients feel confident using the eShow platform.

What You’ll Do

Manage Client Event Delivery

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during event planning and execution
  • Guide clients through platform configuration and event setup, with support from your assigned Product Specialists
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each event
  • Ensure all required information and decisions are captured to support successful execution

Partner With Clients

  • Build trusted working relationships with event organizers
  • Provide guidance and recommendations based on platform expertise and best practices
  • Communicate clearly and proactively throughout the event lifecycle
  • Help clients navigate complex decisions related to event setup and platform use

Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams

  • Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Product & Development, Support, Services, and Onsite Technology
  • Facilitate collaboration to resolve issues and ensure successful event delivery
  • Escalate risks or challenges when needed to protect client outcomes

Solve Problems and Manage Risk

  • Identify potential issues early and work proactively to address them
  • Troubleshoot challenges that arise during event planning and execution
  • Maintain calm and professionalism during high-pressure moments around live events

Improve Delivery Over Time

  • Document decisions, processes, and lessons learned from events
  • Share insights and best practices with the broader Client Success team
  • Contribute to improving how the team manages and executes events

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by listening to and assisting clients while exceeding their needs, as well as demonstrating an excellent knowledge of eShow products.
  • Service clients, including understanding the nature of client inquiries, determining next steps, and pursuing issues to successful and prompt completion.
  • Assist the client with understanding best practices where applicable in order to help deter from bad decisions early in the event lifecycle.
  • Ability to understand customer’s profile including unique service requirements, expectations & business/industry segment.
