Overview

TEKsystems is proactively engaging with experienced Project Managers, Program Managers, and Product Managers for upcoming opportunities with two of our key clients in the financial services/banking and automotive industries.

While these positions are not yet actively open, our clients have identified potential upcoming needs and are working through final role definition and approval processes. We are building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure rapid alignment once these opportunities go live.

Potential Responsibilities

Depending on the specific role and client, responsibilities may include:

Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and programs

Driving end-to-end project lifecycle execution (planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery)

Partnering with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success metrics

Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies

Leading Agile ceremonies or traditional project governance frameworks

Translating business needs into product roadmaps and feature requirements

Prioritizing backlogs and working closely with engineering, QA, and business teams

Ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology delivery
