The Project Manager Position

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of commercial HVAC construction projects from project award through final completion. This individual serves as the primary point of accountability for each assigned project and is responsible for coordinating labor, materials, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Manager is also responsible for maintaining strong oversight of project financials through billing management, WIP reporting, job cost forecasting, and collections follow-up. This role requires someone who can proactively identify project risks, solve problems quickly, and maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders.

Under the direction of company leadership, this individual plays a key role in driving successful project outcomes while helping position the organization for continued growth and repeat business opportunities.
