Job Summary:
Publicis Digital Experience is a division of Publicis Groupe focused on enhancing digital capabilities for clients. The Manager, Project Management will lead the execution of B2C marketing initiatives for General Motors, ensuring high-quality program delivery and team leadership in a data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-channel marketing programs across GM initiatives
• Act as the primary liaison between GM clients, internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and data engineering teams
• Translate business needs into detailed business requirements, including data inputs, outputs, logic, and personalization rules
• Oversee campaign execution lifecycle, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness at every stage
• Manage program priorities, timelines, risks, and escalations across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and drive resolution of complex data or process issues
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of up to 6 Project Managers, driving accountability, growth, and performance
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and workload distribution across the team
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development support
• Standardize best practices, tools, and delivery methodologies across the PM team
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement

• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
• Influence decision-making and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflows, mitigate risk, and increase scalability
• Establish repeatable frameworks for campaign execution, documentation, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team operations
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 7+ years of project management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Advanced organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage both big-picture initiatives and detailed execution
