We are seeking an AVS Digital Project Manager with a strong background in customer-facing IT implementation projects-ideally within the healthcare sector and involving Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. This role is critical to the successful delivery, integration, and adoption of connected digital solutions for healthcare customers.

You will lead implementation projects with cross-functional teams-including sales engineers, digital architects, clinical application specialists, and technical services-through seamless onboarding and optimization of our SaaS platforms integrated with medical devices. Your primary focus is to drive smooth, timely implementation experiences and ensure satisfaction for both internal stakeholders and healthcare providers such as surgeons, nurses, and technicians. Typical project timelines range from 1 to 3 weeks.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong combination of project-based implementation experience, business acumen, a sales-oriented mindset, and operational execution discipline. This is a strategic, customer-facing role that demands clear communication, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and collaborative leadership.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience
