Digital Advertising Specialist

Digital Services Southlake, Texas

Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the daily performance of digital ad campaigns across different online channels and for multiple clients. This person should work with a posture of ownership for the campaigns being managed and should have an elite-level of insights related to his/her digital advertising clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managing ad campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Managing ad campaigns across multiple online channels including (but not limited to) Social Media, DSP, DMP and Search
  • Driving campaign timelines across the various channels
  • Managing campaign spends/budgets across channels
  • Overseeing performance across channels and making recommendations and adjustments based on creatives, messaging, delivery types, audiences, bid strategy, ad exchanges and domains, conversion pages, and more
  • Overseeing all campaign reporting and able to analyze campaign data in a manner where they can also communicate wins and unique value that INPROV is bringing to a client's digital advertising
  • Able to analyze campaign data and results to enhance future digital advertising efforts
  • Working in and analyzing the different channels each day and being very hands on with campaign modifications to improve performance. Meanwhile, while diligently tracking any adjustments being made to know what has been successful in the past and what hasn't
  • Kicking off campaign tasks and leading strategy meetings related to his/her digital clients
  • Working closely with developers on necessary tags to track all campaign KPIs
  • Working closely with designer/video production to develop necessary creative assets per campaign

Qualifications

  • Passionate for digital marketing and advertising.
  • Problem solver who can add value even when working outside of normal scope of duties
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, self-motivated, strong work ethic, can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to keep programs on track
  • Willingness and ability to learn and research independently
  • Strong analytical skills including skills to rapidly learn new data assets
  • Solid communication, story-telling and presentation skills is a plus, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and different functions; ability to take complex and make it simple
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience researching, coordinating, developing, posting and monitoring paid search and paid social media campaigns
  • 1+ years' experience working in a DMP and/or DSP is a plus
  • Experience in list building/audience building for targeted campaigns, advanced segmentation
  • Experience with programmatic advertising
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter
  • Agency experience
