As a remote mental health counselor, you will primarily work from home while connecting with clients via telehealth platforms and phone sessions. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, with the flexibility to adjust approaches based on client progress.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities to address a wide spectrum of mental health challenges.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, effectively managing acute situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Engage in community outreach and educational efforts aimed at raising mental health awareness and combating stigma in a range of community settings.

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, encompassing various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. Many clients face complex mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. As a mental health therapist, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients of different ages, offering tailored strategies that reflect cultural sensitivity and competence.

• Must possess an active and independent license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.
• A minimum of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and foster strong therapeutic alliances.
• Cultural competence is essential; applicants must be sensitive to and effective in addressing the unique needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to treatment plans.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or similar therapeutic environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies to conduct effective remote therapy sessions.
• Proven ability to deliver services in high-pressure situations, particularly during crisis interventions.
