Job description

Localize is seeking an energetic, growth-minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our US-based remote team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance Localize's online presence, drive qualified leads, increase sales pipeline, and maximize ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of paid media, SEO, PPC, and digital analytics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, overseeing digital agencies, managing external vendors and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance. This role will report into the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Management:

    • Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

    • Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and for paid media campaigns.

    • Manage Localizeโ€™s presence on software review sites like G2 and Capterra

    • Work with internal design team on creative development for ads and and updates for ads and 

  • SEO and PPC Oversight:

    • Collaborate with and oversee the work of external SEO and PPC agency in content production to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

    • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of SEO and PPC efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

    • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.


  • Strategy and Planning:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

    • Work closely with Growth Marketing Manager to create and execute an editorial calendar for social media and content creation, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work alongside fractional CMO and Growth Marketing Manager in developing the strategy and managing the execution of all top-of-funnel campaigns

    • Mentor Growth Marketing Manager by providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

  • Content and Creative Oversight:

    • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

  • Campaign Execution and Optimization:

    • Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics

    • Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media/PPC.

  • Experience with B2B SaaS startups a must

  • Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

  • Strong HubSpot skills preferred

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
