IT Project Manager


Location: Remote

Employment Type: 6 Month Contract


Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across a variety of business and technology functions. This individual will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving CRM platforms, enterprise applications, process improvements, automation, and digital transformation efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and status reporting.
  • Establish project governance, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and project dependencies.
  • Manage CRM implementation, migration, integration, and optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical staff, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders and technology teams.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and project updates.
  • Support training, adoption, and change management efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and operational processes.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing technology-focused projects.
  • Proven success delivering CRM, enterprise application, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within financial services, insurance, healthcare, fintech, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • PMP, CSM, or related certification.
  • Experience managing vendors and implementation partners.
