• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather vital information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and potential resources.
• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive client care.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when clients are in unstable situations, ensuring their immediate needs are addressed.
• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and peer support.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care and accountability.
• Actively participate in team meetings and clinical discussions to share insights and contribute to the clinic’s mission of providing exceptional mental health services.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) obtained from an accredited program is required for this position.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment methodologies is expected.
