Job Description: Project ManagerJob Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within the approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project risks, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

  • Lead project execution from initiation through completion and handover.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control activities.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Conduct project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.

  • Manage project documentation, change requests, and project records.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders as required.

  • Resolve project challenges and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications
