Hale Technology in Practice is seeking a VDC Manager to lead coordination, drive innovation, and deliver excellence across our projects. Hale TIP specializes in technology solutions for design and construction firms, with a strong focus on Autodesk Revit and advanced VDC workflows. Our services include 3D HD Laser Scanning, Drone Photogrammetry, 3D Modeling, Training, and BIM Coordination. We help firms stay ahead of evolving technology while improving productivity and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead BIM coordination and model management across multiple projects
  • Develop and implement VDC standards, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with project teams, designers, and trade partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve constructability, prefabrication, and efficiency
  • Train and mentor team members on design tools and workflows
  • Support troubleshooting of models, files, and interoperability issues
  • Assist with project setup decisions based on collaboration and contract needs
  • Review models to ensure adherence to company and project standards
  • Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and firm-wide resources
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in design, production, or VDC/BIM environments
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
  • Bluebeam, Newforma, and related tools
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to mentor, multitask, and lead initiatives
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred
