What this job involves:

As a Business Support team member for PDS Projects at JLL, you'll serve as the central hub for external department data flowing into the Capital Plan and manage critical project status documentation for the Oracle account Project Management Office. In this role, you'll be responsible for validating, cleansing, and standardizing data from multiple departments - including Transactions, TSSO Business Justifications, Sustainability initiatives, the Emergency Project Program, GEC Lab Projects, and Capital Planning Department Staffing Enhancement Requests - into a single, consistent system of record. You'll connect updates across service layer applications and offline trackers on a daily basis, ensuring that business justification updates, project status changes, and scope data from Facility Management, TSSO, and other lines of business are accurately reflected. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as the primary intake point for raw, unprocessed data arriving from multiple external departments and lines of business, performing comprehensive validation and cleansing

  • Process project status changes for deferred, cancelled, on-hold, and JLL role change projects, documenting status change rationale and maintaining complete audit trails

  • Update business justification records based on inputs from Facility Management, TSSO, and other lines of business to ensure accuracy across all systems

  • Monitor updates across service layer applications and connect the dots between systems on a daily basis to maintain data consistency

  • Reconcile systems of record with corresponding offline trackers, performing routine data quality reviews and identifying discrepancies

  • Establish and maintain standardized delivery protocols in coordination with external departments to resolve recurring data gaps

  • Support PMO governance processes by ensuring underlying data is accurate, current, and audit-ready for leadership reviews

  • Flag recurring data gaps, workflow inefficiencies, or process breakdowns to PMO leadership and recommend process improvements

  • Perform high-volume, repetitive data processing tasks with precision to maintain the integrity of the capital project portfolio

Required qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in data entry, data management, project coordination, PMO, or operations support roles

  • Strong Excel skills, including data cleansing, reconciliation, and basic reporting capabilities

  • High attention to detail with demonstrated ability to identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies across multiple sources

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, repetitive data processing tasks accurately on a daily basis

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple data sources and priorities simultaneously

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently, follow structured processes, and maintain consistency across recurring tasks

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with project management or systems of record tools such as Adaptive Work, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms

  • Background supporting real estate, facilities, construction, or capital programs

  • Familiarity with PMO governance processes and audit-readiness requirements

  • Experience establishing data standardization protocols or process improvement initiatives

Estimated compensation for this position:

75,000.00 - 84,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
