• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that target specific client goals, track their progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
• Engage in regular supervision and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in therapeutic methodologies and innovations in mental health treatment.
• Proactively contribute ideas to enhance clinical practices and improve service delivery, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care.

Your clientele will primarily consist of diverse individuals and families facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. By addressing the unique needs of each client, you will play an instrumental role in creating safe spaces for healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid California licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of two years of professional clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills required to forge trusting relationships with clients.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance client management.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and platforms, ensuring effective and engaging virtual interactions.
