Central Mind Therapeutic Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our expanding team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide evidence-based mental health care through innovative technology while maintaining a compassionate and personal approach to therapy. You will earn a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your work schedule while maintaining a professional outpatient environment. As a member of our team, you'll connect with clients through live video sessions and engage with cutting-edge electronic medical record (EMR) systems integrated with treatment software and assessment tools. Our supportive operational teams handle billing and administrative tasks, enabling you to focus exclusively on patient care. The work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured yet adaptable work-life balance.

• Conduct weekly live video counseling sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing CBT and other evidence-based methods to address their mental health concerns.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Monitor client progress using automated symptom self-assessments and functional measures to dynamically adjust treatment plans as required.
• Participate in ongoing consultation and support sessions with leadership and peer counselors to enhance clinical competencies and address client needs effectively.

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and those at higher risk for suicide. You will cater to a diverse population, ensuring that all patients receive culturally responsive and empathetic care.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of one year of independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.
• Demonstrated experience in working with adult populations, particularly those facing severe mental health risks.
• Commitment to providing inclusive care that meets the unique needs of each individual client.

• At least two years of direct experience delivering cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions to adult clients.
• Proficiency in using digital solutions and technology for clinical practice, including telehealth platforms and electronic record systems.
• A passion for integrating innovative treatments and methodologies that can enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
