The Position
As a Director of Brand, Content, and Creative Marketing at FullStack, you will own the brand identity, creative vision, and content strategy. You will be responsible for defining and executing a business-aligned content strategy that drives measurable business outcomes across social, website, and inbound channels. You will lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring high-quality, AI-enabled creative output that reinforces our position as an AI-first software consultancy.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in brand management, including developing brand guidelines, managing brand positioning, and executing long-term brand strategy.
  • 7+ years of total marketing experience, with a focus on content strategy for the technology services or technology products industry.
  • Prior experience in managing a content and/or creative team is preferred.
  • Proven experience in driving measurable business goals (lead gen, website growth, brand awareness).
  • Demonstrated experience in AI-driven content and marketing automation tools.
  • US-based and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
