• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health services to individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, supporting their journey towards recovery.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client feedback, ensuring cultural competence and relevance.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate all aspects of client care.
• Monitor and document client progress through electronic health records (EHR), making timely adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with the knowledge to contribute actively to their treatment journey.
• Uphold strict ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and informed consent at all stages of the therapeutic process.

The LCSW will work primarily with clients facing severe mental health challenges, including those in a detox rehabilitation setting. This population often grapples with complex emotional and psychological issues related to substance use, trauma, and other significant life stressors. The ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support will be crucial in fostering trust and effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to conduct detailed assessments and devise effective treatment plans, are essential.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for managing patient information and treatment records.
• A comprehensive understanding of mental health challenges and an empathetic approach to care.

• Experience in a detox or addiction treatment setting is highly desired.
• Background in developing innovative treatment modalities or contributions to programmatic improvements is a plus.
• Familiarity with culturally sensitive practices and a dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion within patient care.
