You'll act as a trusted business advisor, helping clients optimize yield and maximize revenue across direct and programmatic channels.
The role combines strategic account management, commercial ownership, data analysis, and industry expertise.

  • Develop and execute joint annual business plans focused on measurable revenue growth and long-term client success.
  • Use performance dashboards and market data to identify opportunities, guide proactive yield management, and support strategic recommendations.
  • Own commercial activity across renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities, partnering with Sales on larger and more complex expansion initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and expand the use of advertising, programmatic, audience-targeting, and monetization solutions.
  • Provide clients with insights into industry trends, market developments, and evolving programmatic and advertising technologies.
  • Advise retail media clients on omnichannel integrations, data commercialization, and emerging trade strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes, platform adoption, revenue growth, and retention.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Yield Management, Strategic Consulting, or a similar commercial role within AdTech, digital out-of-home (DOOH), supply-side platforms (SSPs), or retail media networks (RMNs).
  • Strong technical and industry knowledge of ad-serving logic, supply-side programmatic trading, yield optimization, inventory management, and digital advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop consultative client relationships and transition conversations from operational support to strategic business advisory.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to identify growth opportunities, develop compelling business cases, and manage renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics, reporting tools, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and accountable for execution and commercial outcomes.
  • Fluent English and French, with additional European languages considered an advantage.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, international environment.
Benefits
  • Fully remote working arrangement available across Europe.
  • 500 annual wellness fund supporting physical and mental health as well as eligible office-related expenses.
  • Unlimited online mental health support through BetterHelp for you and your family.
  • Generous paid vacation allowance plus 5 additional floater days.
  • 2 paid volunteer days per year.
  • Parental leave salary supplement and applicable statutory location-based benefits.
  • Dedicated annual training and professional development budget.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of a strategic European client portfolio with significant commercial impact.
