What You’ll Do
  • Report Generation: Perform all necessary collection of requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery for customer reports.

  • Data Analytics & Delivery: Understand, develop, and deliver intuitive, high-quality reports that meet specific requirements requested by clientele through our customer experience team.

  • Requirement Gathering: Actively collaborate with internal teams to clarify customer data and report requests, ensuring accurate data delivery and optimal report structuring.

  • Software Development (Scripting & Tooling): Support and develop internal tooling and scripts to automate the development, testing, and deployment of custom client reports.

  • Troubleshooting: Investigate, root-cause, and resolve reporting errors or missing data.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a heavily data-driven role.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in SQL and MSSQL (Core)

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft SSRS

    • Experience with scripting languages for automation (Python, R, or PowerShell)

    • Familiarity with C# and programmatic document/PDF generation is a strong plus

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and general report generation

  • Core Competencies:

    • Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.

    • Data Management: Exceptional attention to detail when collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.

    • Execution: Ability to follow established security/data procedures while successfully prioritizing competing tasks.
