RAS Program SpecialistJob Summary

The RAS Program Specialist provides education and information on programs and services to end-user pharmacies enrolled in RAS programs. The position coordinates resources, facilitates communication across platforms and business units, and ensures delivery of high-quality support services to meet program objectives. It plays a key role in problem resolution, process improvement, and overall program success.

Key Duties
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients for RAS programs, including RxCash+, RxAvantage CoPay Solutions, Edit+, and PowerLine data programs.
  • Develops subject-matter expertise in the benefits and advantages of RAS programs and communicates them effectively to customers
  • Works closely with other departments and teams to ensure alignment on program benefits, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
  • Identifies and escalates issues or challenges that arise with the support functions of RAS programs
  • Assists in developing and implementing solutions to resolve problems and prevent recurrence
  • Identifies areas for improvement in current support processes and procedures
  • Maintains comprehensive records of support activities, including issue logs and service requests
  • Monitors program adoption and engagement, proactively addressing customer concerns to reinforce program value and retain pharmacies enrolled in RAS programs
  • Develops proficiency in and utilizes the diverse ERP systems in use across the RedSail customer base
Education/Training
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Proven experience in a support services role
Preferred Work Experience/Skills
  • Pharmacy background strongly preferred, including experience in a retail or independent pharmacy setting or familiarity with pharmacy workflow and terminology
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with standard office applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Compensation & Total Rewards

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000-$80,000 annually. This position is also eligible to participate in RedSail's annual incentive bonus program, with a target opportunity of 4% of base salary. Actual bonus payout is based on company performance and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
