The development, co-marketing,and co-selling of these solutionsrequireorchestrating complex initiatives acrossinternal andalliance partnersteamsincludingproduct management, engineering, support,finance,legal,marketingand salesas well as executive stakeholders.The value of these projectscontributes toOmnissaworldwide revenue growth, time to market & pipeline acceleration, and competitive differentiation to meet customer demand.

This roleis focused ondriving andimproving the efficiency of these complex projects to ensureon-time completion, reduction inrisks,anddelays,while increasingpartner satisfaction.Identifyandintroducebest practices,process standardizations, andimprovedprogramstatus transparency and communication.

We are looking for someone whocan:

  • Lead,driveand trackcomplex,cross functional, cross-companytechnical allianceprogramsensuring alignment acrossproduct management, engineering, support, finance, legal, marketing and sales as well as executivestakeholders.

  • Partner closely with Alliance Managers andAlliancepartners tostrategizeandidentifyGTMopportunitiesand use-casesto integrate technologies and deliver scalable, joint solutions that address customer needs.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage program timelines, risks, dependencies,and governance modelsacross internal teams and external partners.

  • Anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate risks through analytical thinking, structuredproblem-solving, and clear execution plans.

  • Lead and motivate teams through complex technical and operational initiatives, balancing competingpriorities,and managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Provide clear,timelycommunication andexecutive levelstatus updates, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.

What will you bring toOmnissa?(Listrequired / preferred skills)

  • 10+ years of prior work experience in a professional office environmentwith executive stakeholders, product development, and partner ecosystems.

  • Experience working in a Consulting orProject / Program Manager rolepreferred.

  • Experience working in the technology industryisrequired,and end user computing preferred.

  • Strongskills usingMS Office suite,particularly MS Exceland PowerPoint, AI tools such asM365CopilotExperience with Confluence, JIRAandSFDCarea plus.

  • Demonstrable organization and great attention to detail and qualityof work output.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities on a regular basis with confidence, urgency,and professionalism.

  • Ability and desire to quickly learn new systems and technologies.

  • Comfortable pushing back and/or escalating inappropriate situations.

  • Comfortable with working through ambiguity and finding solutions.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is a strong plus.

The typical base salary for this role is betweenUSD $199,275 - $332,125per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
