  • Experience developing and implementing standardized operational processes, SOPs, or scalable workflow frameworks.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within global or matrixed organizations.
  • Experience supporting AI transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change initiatives.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting design, research, product, or other highly cross-functional organizations.
  • Experience leading or contributing to AI-related transformation, adoption, enablement, or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience identifying practical opportunities to apply AI across planning, workflows, documentation, or team operations.
