  • Drive execution cadence, follow-ups, and accountability across stakeholders
  • Identify overlaps, gaps, and sequencing issues - and resolve them proactively

  • Work closely with leadership to operationalize ecosystem strategy into clear, actionable project plans
  • Break down ambiguous goals into structured workflows, milestones, and ownership
  • Bring rigor, clarity, and accountability to execution in fast-moving environments
  • Ensure consistency in how initiatives are planned and executed across teams and regions

Enable Pipeline Through Ecosystem Initiatives

  • Partner with internal teams (Venture, community, industry), Sales, and BDRs to ensure initiatives are designed and executed to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration
  • Ensure clear ownership and handoffs across teams and improve visibility and coordination across the funnel:
  • Track how opportunities are sourced and progress across stages
  • Identify breakdowns in conversion and engagement
  • Align with GTM teams on:
  • Target accounts and quarterly priorities
  • Consistent messaging and outreach across touchpoints
  • Continuously refine how ecosystem initiatives translate into high-quality, well-coordinated opportunities

Project Operations & Execution Excellence

  • Define clear success criteria for each initiative:
  • Delivery against scope, timeline, and quality
  • Stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
  • Adoption and engagement
  • Establish strong project governance and execution cadence:
  • Milestone tracking, status reporting, and risk management
  • Clear ownership and accountability
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies:
  • Improve workflows, coordination, and cross-team collaboration
  • Standardize processes to increase scalability and repeatability
  • Build playbooks and best practices to ensure consistent execution across initiatives
  • Continuously improve the speed, clarity, and effectiveness of delivery

Who You Are

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Project management, Program Management, GTM operations in tech companies
