Evident ID is hiring an Insurance Program Manager to join our Operations Team. This is a hybrid role working from the Atlanta office 3 days a week.
 
Responsibilities
 
·       Responsible for the quality and efficiency of a team of insurance certificate verification specialists
·       Conduct ongoing training for insurance verification specialists 
·       Create and maintain training and user guide articles on processes and procedures
·       Work closely with product and engineering team to improve the insurance verification software and identify opportunities for new features 
·       Translate insurance requirements into product offerings and recognize gaps
·       Be a driving force for product enhancements and efficiencies 
·       Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed daily customer and internal escalation inquires
·       Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested 
·       Build and maintain strong internal relationships with different departments within the company (we are a team!)
·       Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors (actions speak louder than words)
 
If you have the following you might be a good fit!
 
·       2+ years of experience within Commercial Insurance lines of coverage (U.S. commercial lines are a must, any international experience is a plus)
·       Product Management or Project Management experience highly encouraged
·       Strong understanding on how to read and interpret Certificates of Insurance
·       Experience training and coaching a team of operational specialists to be the best and do their best
·       Experience working with customers to understand their needs or help address questions or issues
·       Experience in insurtech or procurement technology is a plus
·       Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
·       Open to feedback
·       Comfortable conducting analysis and pulling together regular metrics
·       Have a can-do attitude even when you may not know the answer but you will figure it out
