Job Description

This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Employment will not commence unless and until the contract is awarded and funding is confirmed.

Anglin Consulting Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team providing remote acquisition support to a federal government client. This is a non-personal services environment supporting federal acquisition operations in accordance with applicable federal regulations and agency guidance. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with Government representatives, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance across all assigned work. This role requires operating on Japan Standard Time (JST) business hours.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government representatives

  • Oversee day-to-day contract performance and ensure all tasks meet PWS requirements

  • Receive, review, accept, or reject Work Assignments from authorized Government personnel

  • Provide written justification for rejected assignments, when appropriate

  • Assign and manage workload across Contract Specialists

  • Monitor quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of all deliverables

  • Identify and resolve performance issues proactively

  • Ensure all acquisition activities comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable supplements

  • Attend required performance meetings with Government stakeholders

  • Manage project schedule, performance metrics, and risk mitigation efforts

  • Provide routine status reporting to both Government and corporate leadership

  • Maintain accountability for acquisition-related deliverables, including market research reports, acquisition plans, solicitation packages, award documentation, contract modifications, and closeout files

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in federal contracting

  • Minimum three (3) years in a supervisory or program management capacity

  • Demonstrated experience managing acquisition support operations

  • Strong working knowledge of the FAR and applicable supplements

  • Experience leading remote teams

  • U.S. Citizenship required
