Job Summary 

Designs, builds, launches, and measures end-to-end enablement programs that drive revenue outcomes and field performance. Partners with Enablement Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs, define strategic learning objectives, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to global sales and partner priorities. 

This role sits within the Enablement Programs team and operates across the full program lifecycle—from discovery through launch and adoption—while collaborating with Enablement Business Partners for intake and prioritization and with Enablement Services for production, delivery, logistics, and vendor management. 

Success in this role requires strong ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to drive execution independently while validating assumptions, asking thoughtful questions, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. 

 Responsibilities 

Intake, Discovery & Alignment 

  • Partners with the appropriate Enablement Business Partner to conduct structured discovery with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) 

  • Assesses performance gaps, field readiness, and success criteria across skills, processes, tools, and behaviors 

  • Aligns program objectives to business priorities and revenue targets 

  • Validates scope, priorities, and success metrics with stakeholders and secures executive sponsorship 

Enablement Strategy alignment & Proposal Development 

  • Develops formal enablement proposals aligned to business priorities, revenue objectives, and strategic learning goals 

  • Defines program scope, target audiences, success metrics, and recommended approach 

  • Secures stakeholder alignment and sponsorship for proposed solutions 

  • Creates comprehensive project plans and timelines covering the full program lifecycle, including design, development, delivery, rollout, and reinforcement 

  • Identifies resource requirements, dependencies, and risks 

Program Design & Development 

  • Leads end-to-end design of enablement programs, including learning journeys, tools, resources, and reinforcement mechanisms 

  • Collaborates with SMEs across the business to develop content and assets 

  • Incorporates field insights via surveys, interviews, pilots, and focus groups 

  • Ensures alignment with global standards and reuse of existing assets where appropriate 

Program & Project Management 

  • Owns execution from design through launch and adoption 

  • Maintains detailed plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelines 

  • Coordinates cross-functional contributors across Business Partners, Services, and stakeholder teams 

  • Provides regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership 

Launch & Adoption 

  • Partners with Enablement Services to produce, schedule, and deliver enablement experiences 

  • Engages field champions and leaders to drive adoption and sustainment 

  • Supports train-the-trainer activities as needed 

  • Ensures readiness for global rollout 

Coaching & Reinforcement 

  • Works with sales and partner leadership SMEs to embed coaching practices and reinforcement strategies 

  • Provides leaders with tools to support ongoing behavior change 

Communications 

  • Develops program communication plans aligned to broader GTM messaging 

  • Coordinates announcements, reminders, and just-in-time resources 

Measurement & Continuous Improvement 

  • Defines success metrics and measurement approach 

  • Tracks adoption, effectiveness, and business impact 

  • Provides insights and recommendations to stakeholders 

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in enablement, program management, operations, sales effectiveness, or related field 

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives 

  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills 

  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining alignment 

  • Experience with global programs preferred 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 112,000 - 162,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
