Job description

Remote High-Ticket Sales Closer

Company: NexGen Steel
Position Type: Independent Contractor | Commission Only
Location: Remote

Close a Real Offer That Solves a Real Problem

NexGen Steel is looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our growing Relationship Manager Program.

This isn't another coaching offer, agency service, or "make money online" pitch.

You'll be selling a proven partner program that helps builders, contractors, and construction professionals turn the relationships they already have into an ongoing revenue stream while introducing innovative steel framing solutions that solve real industry challenges.

Our marketing team generates qualified appointments through a proven funnel, allowing you to focus on what you do best—running consultative sales conversations and closing business.

If you're an experienced closer looking for a legitimate offer with strong economics and a real market need, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Be Selling

The NexGen Steel Relationship Manager Program is designed for builders, developers, general contractors, and construction professionals who already have strong industry relationships.

Program Options

Annual Relationship Manager Program

  • Investment: $5,000
  • 12-month membership

Lifetime Relationship Manager Program

  • Investment: $10,000
  • Lifetime access and benefits

Partner Benefits

Members receive:

  • 5% commission on every steel framing project they introduce
  • Full Deal Command Center support
  • Dedicated steel estimating team
  • Branded microsite
  • Weekly coaching and strategy sessions
  • 1:1 business support
  • Done-for-you marketing assets
  • Complete deal management support

For many partners, a single steel package referral can recover their investment, creating significant long-term earning potential.

Why This Offer Closes

You're selling a solution to problems builders face every day:

  • Housing shortages
  • Labor shortages
  • Rising construction costs
  • Insurance challenges
  • Faster build timelines through steel framing and panelization

You'll also be backed by:

  • 4,000+ completed steel builds
  • 327+ active partners
  • A leadership team with over 30 years of construction experience
  • Proven case studies and established industry credibility

Most importantly, you're speaking with builders who have already expressed interest—not cold calling strangers.

What You'll Do

Run Qualified Sales Calls

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone consultations
  • Follow a proven consultative sales framework
  • Diagnose each prospect's business, network, and growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate how the Relationship Manager Program aligns with their goals

Guide Prospects to a Decision

  • Present program options with clarity and confidence
  • Handle objections around investment, timing, implementation, and ROI
  • Create ethical urgency and help prospects make a confident yes/no decision
  • Enroll qualified partners into either the Annual or Lifetime program

Manage Your Pipeline

  • Prepare for scheduled calls
  • Follow up with prospects who need additional consideration
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline
  • Keep opportunities moving through the appropriate stages

CRM & Reporting

  • Document every call and outcome
  • Maintain accurate notes and deal stages
  • Submit daily and weekly performance metrics
  • Track revenue, offers made, closes, and follow-up activity

Collaborate & Improve

  • Work closely with Appointment Setters to improve lead quality
  • Share objection trends and market feedback
  • Participate in coaching sessions, role plays, and call reviews
  • Continuously improve your sales performance

Compensation

Performance Draw

To help you ramp up and learn the offer, NexGen Steel provides a:

$1,500 monthly performance draw for your first two months.

This is not a guaranteed salary and functions as an advance against earned commissions.

Commission Structure

  • 10% commission on net collected revenue
  • Commissions are earned on revenue successfully collected by the company from customers you enroll.

The initial draw is recovered through earned commissions before additional commission payments are made.
There is no cap on commission earnings, providing significant income potential for top performers.

What Success Looks Like

Successful Closers consistently:

  • Hold assigned qualified sales appointments
  • Achieve or exceed established close rate goals
  • Maintain high follow-up conversion rates
  • Keep CRM records accurate and current
  • Execute the company's proven sales framework without unauthorized discounts or promises

Key performance metrics include:

  • Close Rate
  • Revenue Closed
  • Cash Collected
  • Show-Up Rate
  • Follow-Up Conversion
  • CRM Compliance

Who We're Looking For

You are likely a great fit if you:

  • Have experience closing $5,000–$20,000+ high-ticket offers over Zoom or phone
  • Enjoy selling to business owners, builders, developers, or contractors
  • Ask thoughtful questions instead of relying on pressure tactics
  • Thrive in a metrics-driven environment
  • Are highly coachable and accountable
  • Can confidently manage your own pipeline and schedule
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • A quiet, professional workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Quality computer and audio equipment
  • Ability to maintain agreed working hours and responsiveness in Slack and CRM

Who This Is NOT For

This position is not a fit for:

  • Brand-new sales representatives looking for their first closing opportunity
  • Candidates who require extensive micromanagement
  • Individuals seeking a guaranteed salary
  • People looking to "see if sales might work"

We're looking for professionals who take ownership, trust proven systems, and are motivated by performance.

Why Join NexGen Steel?

You'll step into qualified conversations with builders who already understand the value of growing their business through strategic partnerships.

Instead of convincing someone they need a product, you'll help construction professionals leverage relationships they already have into a scalable second income stream while introducing innovative steel framing solutions that benefit the entire industry.

If you're an experienced closer who wants a legitimate offer, qualified appointments, and unlimited earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and become part of a team that's changing the way builders grow their businesses.
