It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That's why we need you, a seasoned program manager, who can ensure our strategic deterrence and nuclear integration team achieves success.
As a lead program manager for our team, you'll lead our team by designing, implementing, and maintaining impactful processes and procedures that guide the strategic plans and support services effort. The client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Air Power market, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact and support our nation's strategic deterrence and nuclear integration effort while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:
  • 15+ years of experience in program execution
  • 5+ years of experience specializing in Department of Air Force (DAF) and Department of War (DoW) programs with contracts exceeding $50M and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) agreements
  • Experience allocating resources efficiently across projects and teams
  • Experience monitoring program progress, identifying risks, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline goals
  • Experience ensuring individual projects complement each other and contribute to the overall program success
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive program roadmap aligned with organizational objectives
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or Business Administration
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Cetification

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with HQ USAF, Joint Staff, STRATCOM, or AFGSC
  • Knowledge of innovative approaches to ensure program success, efficiency, and mission-aligned results

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
