Overview

  • We’re looking for an organized and adaptable team member to support a variety of projects within our Engagement Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different types of initiatives, keeping things on track, and helping teams stay aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of engagement product marketing projects
  • Keep track of timelines, deliverables, and progress across multiple initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as product, marketing, and engineering
  • Communicate updates, timelines, and next steps clearly to stakeholders
  • Help identify and solve issues that may slow down progress
  • Jump into a range of projects, from ongoing work to one-off initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, marketing, operations, or related work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-track projects
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clarity
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work moving forward in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to loosely defined projects
  • Ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them through to completion with minimal oversight
