Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to provide expert consulting services. This role will support strategic organizational initiatives by delivering insightful assessments, performance oversight, and actionable recommendations aimed at driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in organizational consulting, operational strategy, and program governance, with a proven ability to translate data into meaningful improvement plans.
Business conduct must occur in accordance with OMS policies and procedures and be aligned with the goals of OMS.


Essential Functions:
• Provide client with high-level strategic consulting related to organizational structure, performance, and governance.
• Review existing operating models, workflows, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop and present actionable improvement plans and strategic recommendations based on organizational assessments and data analysis.
• Oversee project and program managers, ensuring contract deliverables are met with high quality and are aligned with client’s strategic objectives.
• Identify and propose areas of improvement, prioritize initiatives, and recommend implementation strategies that support client's operational goals.
• Other duties as assigned by OMS or the client.


Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Forestry, or a related field. Masters or PhD preferred.
o Ten (10) or more years of progressive experience in vegetation management, environmental consulting, or utility leadership
o Strategic program development
o Professional certifications such as PMP, ISA Certified Arborist, or Registered Professional Forester (RPF) are highly desirable
o Conduct a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
o Approval by Client Representative.

Environmental Factors:  Indoor and outdoor conditions; exposure to heat, cold, potentially hazardous chemicals, toxic materials. Noise level is usually moderate. Physical Demands:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
