Our client is looking for a Program Manager to join their team! This is a strategic opportunity to drive large-scale IT initiatives and ensure program goals align with enterprise-wide business objectives.

Location: 100% Remote, but candidates must be local to Atlanta, GA

Pay: $65/hour W2

Here is what you will be doing:

  • Define the program vision and roadmap to ensure all project workstreams align with company strategic objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and workstreams, serving as the driving force for execution and roadblock removal.
  • Establish program governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to maintain quality and executive-level visibility.
  • Manage program budgets, risks, and dependencies while partnering with change management for successful solution rollouts.
  • Ensure program goals align with strategic objectives while defining the vision and roadmap for intended business outcomes.
  • Coordinate multiple project managers and workstreams to drive alignment across technology, finance, and various business departments.
  • Lead project teams through planning and execution while serving as the driving force for all project activities.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

  • 12+ years of experience driving operational excellence through complex project and program management.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Professional certification such as PMP or PgMP with a deep understanding of PMI Program Management standards is required.
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to take full ownership of large initiatives without guidance.
