Job description

In the journey of life, your career should make a difference.

At Inizio Evoke, we come together-to do the best work, in the best possible place. We're all in. Because it's everyone's role to make health more human.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to run the operating rhythm of Operatev - Inizio Evoke's enterprise AI platform - from the inside out.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role responsible for keeping the program on schedule and its status transparent. You'll own the connective tissue: sequencing work across Product, Development, Change & Enablement, Support, Operations, Business Transformation, and Commercialization so that nothing blocks on an unowned handoff and everyone is working from the same picture of where things stand.

You will sit at the center of a program that is building and rolling out a platform to 1,200 people. That means competing priorities, real dependencies, and a delivery pace that doesn't slow down. You will bring strong program management fundamentals in a product development environment, thrive on clarity and structure, and know how to translate complex cross-functional realities into reporting that actually drives decisions.

This is a remote role reporting to the Program Lead.

What You'll Do:

Own Cross-Team Sequencing

  • Map dependencies across functions - what depends on what, in what order - and monitor progress against that sequence
  • Ensure handoffs are owned, surface unresolved blockers early, and drive items to closure or escalation
  • Maintain visibility into the implications of sequencing decisions for Product, Development, and all downstream functions

Run the Quarterly Planning Cycle

  • Gather functional inputs across all workstreams
  • Facilitate commitment-setting and document outcomes
  • Translate quarterly commitments into trackable milestones and hold functions accountable to them

Track Program Resourcing

  • Maintain visibility into where capacity is going against what's committed and manage the program's calendar to proactively address capacity challenges
  • Surface trends and anomalies to program leadership before they become problems
  • Oversee recruitment process, meeting with talent acquisition for updates and ensuring timely progress through stakeholder participation

Set and Hold Stage Gate Standards

  • Define the gates work passes through and what evidence clears each one
  • Keep functional cadences in sync without taking over internal functional processes (sprint practices, capability lifecycle, etc.)

Run Delivery Forums

  • Facilitate the weekly initiative update and risk review
  • Maintain the risk register and drive items to resolution or escalation
  • Track progress against quarterly commitments and hold the reporting cadence

Define Reporting Standards

  • Establish and maintain the data taxonomy that governs how each function reports its metrics
  • Ensure functional outputs roll into one consistent program-level picture rather than competing narratives

Own Executive Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver the synthesized program view for executive and steering committee audiences
  • Surface where delivery reality constrains what's being asked - clearly and with context

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or PMO leadership - ideally within a technology platform, transformation, or product delivery context
  • Experience running formal planning cycles (quarterly or release-based) and translating outputs into trackable commitments
  • Track record of building and maintaining executive-level reporting that is trusted and acted on
  • Comfortable managing budget and resource visibility - not ownership, but accurate tracking and surfacing of variance
  • Background in professional services, agency, consulting, or regulated industry preferred (healthcare, life sciences, or similar)

Skills

  • Strong program and project management fundamentals - dependency mapping, risk management, stage gates, and cadence management
  • Highly organized: you make things visible, structured, and easy to act on
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate complexity into clean reporting without losing accuracy
  • Comfortable operating in agile/iterative environments where priorities shift and the plan evolves
  • Skilled facilitator - able to run productive cross-functional forums without letting them drift

Mindset

  • You keep things moving without needing to own everything
  • You surface problems early and bring them forward with enough context for a decision
  • You enforce standards consistently - not rigidly, but reliably
  • You understand the difference between tracking and deciding, and you stay in your lane while making it easy for others to stay in theirs

What We Offer

  • A central, high-impact role in a program building something genuinely new - an enterprise AI platform designed to change how a 1,200-person agency does its work
  • Direct visibility to executive and steering committee leadership
  • A cross-functional operating environment where your work touches every part of the program
  • The opportunity to define and own the operating standards that the program runs on

Inizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off.

We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
