• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the individual preferences of each client.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services to a varied clientele experiencing a range of mental health disorders.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and effective treatment strategies.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing both personal and team knowledge of the latest practices in psychotherapy.
• Offer education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay updated with current mental health research to enrich clinical practice.
• Manage a full caseload while meeting treatment goals and adhering to the ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of patients, including children, adults, and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting.
• Expertise in solution-based interventions and various psychotherapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, enabling effective problem-solving.
• The ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared patient outcomes.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health facilities with a focus on evidence-based treatment models.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.
• Experience with telehealth or remote therapeutic practices, understanding the unique considerations of virtual therapy sessions.
