Curing Marriage and Family Therapy Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our remote team. You will work closely with other health professionals within our Community Health Clinic framework, fostering collaboration and teamwork. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting intake assessments and interviews with new clients to understand their needs and establish therapeutic goals.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, including progress notes, closing summaries, and transfer documentation, to ensure quality care continuity.
• Collaborating with the Behavioral Health Department to coordinate and manage specialized programs focused on preventative mental health services.
• Actively participating in case consultations and supervision meetings to enhance professional development and therapeutic skill sets.
• Engaging with the community to develop and promote resources aimed at preventing mental health crises.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families navigating various mental health challenges. Our patients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. By creating treatment plans that emphasize client strengths and resilience, you will significantly contribute to their overall mental well-being.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• Comprehensive knowledge of LMFT requirements and supervision guidelines to ensure compliance with state standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey therapeutic expectations and foster team collaboration.

While the following are not mandatory, they are preferred:

• Two (2) years of experience in providing crisis management, mental health services, and therapy in diverse settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems that streamline workflow and enhance the client experience.
• Experience in community outreach and program development within the field of mental health.
