In this role, you will be the primary driving force behind transforming our clients' operations, directly managing software implementations from inception to completion while leading cross-functional matrix teams to deliver high-value business outcomes.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Spearhead software implementation projects for major customer accounts, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.

Analyze complex client business requirements to design tailored, strategic implementation methodologies in collaboration with expert consultants

. Coordinate dynamic internal and external resources, maintaining a cohesive team approach to hit critical milestones.

Forge strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders, guiding them through change management and operational data flow.

Masterfully mitigate project risks while establishing accurate forecasting for multi-organizational initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience paired with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.

Strong command of industry-standard project management methodologies and practices such as PMBOK or Agile.

Proven capability to drive multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing remote, matrixed teams.

Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Bonus Points For:

Prior experience within a consulting or professional services ecosystem. Proven track record managing ERP software implementation projects.

Working knowledge of core accounting principles and workflows.
