• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to individuals, couples, families, and group settings.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to deliver comprehensive care and integrate services for clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the mental health field by engaging in continuous professional development and attending relevant workshops and training sessions.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele seeking help for varied emotional challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role is critical in providing a safe space where clients can explore their feelings and develop effective coping strategies. Additionally, you will support individuals struggling with substance abuse and relationship dynamics, offering specialized therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique needs.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations that govern counseling practice.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems as well as other relevant software applications.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and effectively communicate therapeutic concepts.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
