As a licensed counselor working within an outpatient office structure, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions via secure online platforms, scheduling appointments based on client availability, and contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team model. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans for clients encountering a range of mental health concerns.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions targeted at individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that each therapeutic approach aligns with the client’s specific needs and goals.
• Utilize a spectrum of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical records utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with the latest research and advancements in mental health through workshops, conferences, and other educational opportunities.

The clients you will support at Gotham Enterprises include individuals who face various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship difficulties. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients through their therapeutic journey, addressing unique challenges, and celebrating their successes as they move toward emotional resilience and well-being.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing direct counseling services, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to build strong rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and practice management software is essential.

• Specializations in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling are highly valued and can enhance our therapeutic services.
• Experience working in a remote setting is a plus, with the ability to navigate the unique challenges of providing virtual counseling.

• Annual salary ranging from USD $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
