Position Summary
This role is responsible for the overall management of assigned key accounts-Fanatics, Rally House, and Scheels-with accountability for sales performance, profitability, product assortments, and program execution. The position partners closely with the Director of Retail Sales to drive growth and manage sales initiatives within the Retail Division for the Under Armour brand. In addition, this role collaborates cross functionally with brand, marketing, design, and art teams to develop, execute, and optimize sales and product programs that support the retail business. #LI-Remote

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving sales and profitability for specific key retail accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within account structure.
  • Work directly with customer service team on order entry, order management, customer communication, etc.
  • Develop, evaluate, drive programs/product assortments utilizing sales tools and brand marketing for key accounts.
  • Coordinate & manage seasonal and monthly planning and forecasting by account.
  • Ability to manage multiple key accounts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities by reviewing customer point of sale, internal reporting, evaluating customer websites, competitive shopping, etc.
  • Coordinate and execute in person seasonal line/art reviews with all key customers.
  • Closely partner/collaborate cross functionally with multiple internal teams, including all levels of management to help complete daily tasks.
  • Identify process improvements to help manage the business more efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 to 4 years of apparel merchandising and/or sales experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Business Planning and analytical skills are required
