About the Role

The GSKUS Respiratory& Anti-InfectivesSalesProfessionalis responsible forengaging physiciansand allied health professionals across independent practices, physician groups, and hospital systems to driveappropriate prescribingof GSK products. This includes influencing prescribing decisions versus competitive therapies for relevant disease states through compliant, face-to-face interactions, in alignment with approved productindicationsand prescribing information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive territory sales and market share growth across promoted COPD, asthma, and anti-infective products through targeted, compliant, evidence-based customer engagement.

  • Own territory business planning; analyze sales data and execute actions to meet goals.

  • Develop dynamic call plans and collaborate with local territory colleagues to maximize reach and frequency.

  • Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Payer Relations, Medical (MSLs), and other internal stakeholders to align strategy and resources.

  • Plan and deliver in-services, educational programs, and sample distributionin accordance withFDA regulations and company policy.

  • Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (e.g., sample accountability, call reporting, eLearning, and expense reporting).

  • Comply withGSK policies, ethical standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS from an accredited institution

  • Valid driver's license;driving is an essential function of this role

  • Willingness to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight and weekend travel, based on business needs

  • The selected candidate will be hired at theappropriate levelbased on experience:

  • Grade 8:Minimum of2yearsofpharmaceuticalorbusiness-to-businesssales experience

  • Grade 7:Minimum of5 yearsofpharmaceuticalorbusiness-to-businesssales experience

PreferredQualifications

  • Bilingualpreferred based on location

  • Account management experience within local IDNs/large hospital systems

  • Experience in respiratory/allergy or other healthcare sales

  • Familiarity with managed care, formularies, retail pharmacy operations, prior authorization processes

  • Strong presentation,influencingand business planning skills

  • Selfstarterwith attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
