We\'re seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Multi-Site & Local SEO to lead our local search strategy across a growing portfolio of treatment centers and websites. In this role, you\'ll drive local search visibility, increase qualified patient leads, and support organizational growth through Google Business Profile management, local SEO strategy, technical optimization, citation management, reputation management, and location-specific content. You\'ll partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen our digital presence, launch new markets, and ensure our patients can easily find the care they need.

Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of The Recovery Village, Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care. While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.

Core job duties are as follows:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-location local SEO strategy to improve search visibility, increase qualified traffic, and drive admissions growth across all treatment centers and digital properties.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously refine local market launch playbooks to support the successful expansion of new treatment locations, ensuring consistent execution of local search and listing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all locations, including updates, enhancements, performance monitoring, and implementation of best practices to maximize local search visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee local listings and citation management, ensuring accuracy and consistency of Name, Address, and Phone Number (NAP) information across directories, maps, and third-party platforms to strengthen local search performance.
  • Optimize location-specific web pages through content enhancements, keyword strategy, user experience improvements, and conversion-focused recommendations to increase rankings, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Lead online reputation management efforts by monitoring reviews, coordinating response strategies, identifying trends, and partnering with operational leaders to improve patient experience and brand perception.
  • Implement and maintain local technical SEO initiatives, including schema markup, internal linking structures, local landing page architecture, indexing improvements, and other technical enhancements that support search performance.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on key local search metrics, including rankings, visibility, traffic, engagement, conversions, call volume, and demand generation, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, competitive trends, and performance gaps, developing data-driven strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen local market presence and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, analytics, paid media, web development, legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure alignment, maintain brand consistency, and support integrated marketing initiatives that drive organizational growth.
  • Stay current on local SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices, proactively recommending and implementing enhancements to maintain a competitive advantage and improve overall performance
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 5โ€“7 years of experience leading multi-site or multi-location Local SEO programs.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • EST or CST strongly preferred
  • Expertise with Google Business Profiles, local listings, citation management, schema markup, technical SEO, analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience with Yext or similar listing management platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to develop data-driven SEO strategies that drive measurable business results.
