Job description

Interlink is looking for our next dynamic, experienced Microsoft Digital Productivity Consultant specializing in Copilot to join our team and help us maximize the adoption of Microsoft solutions for our clients. Reporting to our Employee Productivity and Engagement Practice Lead, you will join a close-knit team to help support client initiatives across the entire Microsoft stack with a core focus on Microsoft 365 Productivity and Copilot engagements. This role is eligible for remote work in most of the United States or a hybrid option at our HQ in Mason, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions to diverse audiences
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of M365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive user adoption strategies tailored to client needs
  • Assess client information management and storage tools, and recommend and implement solutions based on Microsoft 365
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Microsoft solution configurations, training materials, and change management plans

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience leading business analysis and requirement gathering processes; experience in project management fundamentals and tools will be useful in this role
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • 2+ years of experience working with SharePoint/Teams structure and content management
  • 2+ years of experience managing and working with data structures and information management
  • Comfortable and excited at the responsibilities of creating and presenting workshops and training sessions to diverse groups; this will require excellent ability to communicate in writing and verbally on video calls or webinars to both technical and non-technical audiences, as this is a client-facing role that heavily interfaces with people
  • 1+ year of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in creating and driving change management and user adoption strategies
  • Ability to pass a background check

Beneficial, but not Required:
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and Agent Builder
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools and services
  • Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus
  • Prior consulting experience is also useful, but not required
  • Ability to self-guide to solve problems while maintaining attention to detail
