• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gauge each client’s mental health and identify their specific needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that resonate with each client’s objectives, ensuring a high standard of holistic care.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing a range of evidence-based and solution-focused psychotherapy approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy tools and platforms effectively to conduct virtual therapy, enhancing accessibility for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, utilizing your skills to manage urgent emotional and psychological needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to remain updated on the best practices and ethical standards in mental health counseling.

Our client base comprises a diverse group of adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current license is required as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities will help you maintain a productive caseload and meet client needs effectively.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with treatment methods relevant to a variety of mental health issues will enhance the therapeutic experience.

• This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
