Job description

Product Sales Specialist, Building Protection Solutions (Air Barrier) Responsibilities Meeting or exceeding designated sales quota in your defined sales territory. Partnering with local channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies, and programs to develop end‐user customers, specifiers and application processes to drive growth of the 3M Air Barrier portfolio. Providing key market and customer insights to ISD Building Protection portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers and leadership. Collaborating with 3M's Key Accounts Team to drive growth through key end‐user customers. Effectively and consistently managing your opportunity pipeline, while conducting strategic planning for new opportunities and regular business reviews for key markets and end‐user customers in your territory. Generating new opportunities through the architectural, engineering and consulting community. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND three (3) years of Account and Channel Management in the commercial construction industry in a private, public, government or military environment. OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND ten (10) years of Account and Channel Management in the commercial construction industry in a private, public, government or military environment. AND Current, valid Driver's License. Additional Qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling. Experience developing and managing key end‐user accounts. Product demonstration experience and competence. Strong track record of collaboration and cross‐functional teamwork. Location Remote based location within the assigned territory.
