Remote product managers are professionals who oversee the development and lifecycle of products while working outside a traditional office setting, often from home or other remote locations. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, set product strategies, gather requirements, and ensure products meet market needs—all through virtual communication tools. Job description

Senior AI Solutions Product Manager
Remote
Why This Role Matters

BERPL Technologies is building a practice that moves organizations from AI talk to AI impact. As Senior AI Solutions Product Manager, you’ll own product strategy and delivery across internal transformation and a growing external AI revenue practice. You’ll lead discovery, design pragmatic tool + custom solutions, enable Business Development with demos/prototypes and pricing, and drive delivery across blended teams. This is a player‑coach role — hands-on, commercially minded, and technically fluent.
What You’ll Own
  • AI strategy amp; roadmaps: own multi-horizon AI/ML roadmaps that balance internal capability-building with revenue-generating client solutions; prioritize product bets by measurable outcomes (efficiency, adoption, revenue).
  • Trend amp; vendor intelligence: continuously evaluate models, vendors, and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Hugging Face); maintain a technology/vendor watchlist and recommend PoCs.
  • Discovery amp; solution design: run structured discovery with technical and non-technical stakeholders; map workflows, data sources, business rules, and success criteria; translate findings into requirements, acceptance criteria, and phased delivery plans.
  • Productize amp; price: design pragmatic solutions combining off-the-shelf AI, workflow automation, integrations, and custom development; convert successful client engagements into templated, repeatable offerings; define pricing and packaging (retainer, project, usage, outcome‑based) and pilot commercial terms.
  • Sales enablement amp; prototyping: partner with Business Development on pitch narratives, demo flows, quick-turn prototypes, workshops, and executive presentations to convert pilots into repeatable engagements; co-own pipeline contribution and help shape the AI service portfolio.
  • Partner amp; channel development: identify, activate, and manage strategic partners — including training providers, MSPs, and technology resellers — that extend BERPL’s AI reach and accelerate client acquisition.
  • Delivery leadership: lead blended onshore/offshore teams (engineers, data scientists, automation specialists, BAs) through discovery → build → onboarding → iteration using agile tooling (Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent); manage a growing portfolio of concurrent client engagements with disciplined prioritization.
  • Production readiness amp; governance: define MLOps/monitoring, retraining/rollback plans, observability, documentation, and responsible-AI practices; account for privacy/compliance (FERPA/COPPA/vendor risk) as applicable.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Create AI solutions that drive measurable business value for internal teams and external clients.
  • Turn successful client engagements into repeatable offerings that support revenue growth.
  • Help clients move confidently from AI interest to practical adoption.
  • Strengthen BERPL Technologies’ position as a trusted partner for AI transformation, automation, and technology enablement.
  • Build scalable delivery practices that balance innovation, speed, quality, and responsible AI governance.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of product management, solution ownership, or technology delivery experience.
  • 2+ years delivering AI/ML, automation, data, analytics, or similar technology solutions.
  • Strong technical fluency across the modern AI stack, including LLMs, prompting, embeddings/vector search, RAG architectures, and MLOps fundamentals.
  • Experience running discovery with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating business needs into requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
  • Proven ability to shape revenue-generating offerings, including productizing services, supporting pricing and packaging, and creating repeatable client solutions.
  • Excellent executive communication, consultative sales, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Preferred experience includes AI, Agile, Product Management, or delivery certifications; Azure DevOps or Jira; Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate, n8n, Make, vector databases, or RAG frameworks; blended onshore/offshore delivery; partner channel development; and proposal support.

What You’ll Gain
  • The opportunity to help build and shape a growing AI solutions practice from the ground up.
  • Direct influence on strategic technology decisions, client solutions, and new revenue opportunities.
  • A role where your work connects AI innovation to practical business outcomes.
  • Exposure to executive stakeholders, client-facing strategy, and cross-functional delivery leadership.
  • The ability to grow within an employee-owned organization that values accountability, relationships, and long-term thinking.

We combine deep technical expertise with a business-first approach to deliver managed services, custom development, cybersecurity, infrastructure support, automation, and AI-powered solutions. As part of the BERPL family of employee-owned companies, we believe technology works best when smart solutions are built by good people who care about long-term impact.
Compensation, Benefits amp; Work Environment
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Professional development opportunities
